Pauls Techno Crafts (PTC) is hiring a Junior Presales Executive to review global and domestic EOIs, RFPs and RFQs and craft compliant tender responses with our technical teams. This fully remote role is based around bid strategy, content generation and cross-functional collaboration across India and abroad.

You will learn bid strategy from senior presales and architecture staff while supporting end-to-end tender submissions and maintaining a robust content library for future opportunities.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years in presales, bid management, tender support or proposal writing.
• Exposure to IT services, consulting or system integration is a plus.
• Understanding of tender lifecycle: EOI, RFI, RFP, RFQ, pre-bid, corrigendum, evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Review EOIs, RFPs and RFQs and draft 12-page bid summaries.
• Draft standard bid sections: cover letters, company profile, scope, approach and methodology.
• Coordinate with finance and legal on commercial bids and declarations.
• Assemble final bid package in buyer's format and ensure on-time submission.
• Maintain a reusable content library and track win/loss outcomes.
