Hyland is seeking a Sales Solution Engineer to join our remote US team. You will be the technical lead in pre‑sales engagements, shaping solutions, delivering tailored demonstrations, and ensuring a smooth handoff to global services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or CS, or equivalent experience with technical sales.
• Knowledge of ECM and software implementation methodologies.
• Ability to develop engaging presentations for stakeholders.
• Self-directed with the ability to manage projects to completion and meet deadlines.
• Up to 10% travel required and a passion for AI and technology.

Responsabilités

• Act as the technical point of contact on customer engagements — coordinating pre‑sales meetings, determining technical requirements, and working with development teams in support of solution enhancements.
• Create and present demonstrations of proposed solutions to key customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings with global services to transition key information — ensuring a seamless handoff.
• Compose internal documentation reflecting solution strategy and respond to RFPs in a timely manner.
• Provide input on improving internal efficiencies and stay updated on trends; participate in trade shows and events.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, services, and technical teams to support a seamless pre‑sales process.
