• Analyze insurance data, claims trends and policy metrics to spot inefficiencies or fraud indicators.
• Collaborate with IT and developers to design, test, and implement data warehousing, reporting and policy management systems.
• Ensure data systems align with insurance regulations and track performance using dashboards.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that new software solutions match functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and process aspects to improve efficiency and detect anomalies.
