Job summary

BillionToOne is seeking a Prenatal Account Executive for the San Jose/South Bay area to drive sales of Unity Fetal Risk Screen and related prenatal diagnostics. You will engage OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors, delivering clinical information and shaping market messaging.

The role emphasizes strategic business development, cross-functional collaboration, and field-based sales leadership in a startup-like, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in specified geographic territory.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record and ability to adapt messaging to physicians and patients.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Effective time management with ability to prioritize opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and healthcare.
• Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
• Identify opportunities for growth within a defined geography and create a strategic business plan.
• Manage full lifecycle of product sales, including lead generation and new business development.
• Attend local tradeshows and industry events to promote the test.
