BillionToOne is seeking a Prenatal Account Manager in Phoenix East to lead field sales for UNITY Fetal Risk Screen. You will communicate clinical information to OB/GYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors, influence how the test is presented to physicians and patients, and shape market evolution.

This is a field sales role reporting to a Regional Manager - Prenatal. The position emphasizes strategic planning, relationship-building, and independent operation within a startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector, directly calling upon providers in the specified geographic territory.
• Demonstrated successful sales track record with the ability to present to physicians and patients.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy and ethics surrounding patient information.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders in medicine and other healthcare professionals.
• Prospect and cultivate new business while maintaining key relationships.
• Identify opportunities for growth within OBGYN, MFM, GC clinics and hospital systems.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow utilization quickly in your geography.
• Manage the full lifecycle of product sales, including new business development and lead generation.
• Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences and networking events.
