Job summary

Axon is seeking a seasoned pre-sales professional to join our remote team. Travel up to 50% and direct engagement with customers will be core. You will lead technical presentations, articulate complex security solutions, and support customers from discovery through pilot stages.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in customer-facing pre-sales for SaaS products, strong networking and Linux knowledge, and a passion for safeguarding life through advanced technology.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent field) or 5+ years relevant experience.
• 3-5 years customer facing pre-sales or consulting background required.
• Experience selling SaaS based solutions.
• Basic knowledge of security, IPsec, InfoSec, hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales engagements and customer presentations.
• Coordinate POC/Pilot processes and tailor tests for prospects.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for Professional Services.
• Provide 1st-level technical support during pre-sales cycles.
• Capture feature requests and feedback to product and marketing teams.
