Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a proactive professional for a remote pre-sales role with up to 50% travel. You will lead technical conversations with IT leaders and channel partners, manage POC processes, and craft SOWs for professional services.

A background in networking, security, and SaaS sales is essential, with strong presentation and communication skills. The role reports to the Director of Program Management and requires collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Basic understanding of security concepts and networking
• Experience in selling SaaS-based solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage with CIOs and channel partners
• Independent with strong decision-making and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales and consulting discussions with customers
• Coordinate POC/Pilot process and tailor tests to customer needs
• Develop SOWs for professional services and binding quotes
• Present technical solutions to IT and business stakeholders
• Capture customer requirements and provide feedback to Product/Sales teams
• Represent Axon at industry events and customer meetings
