Job summary

Axon is seeking a remote, travel-heavy pre-sales professional to master Dedrone technology and articulate the value of our SaaS and hardware security solutions to IT leaders and channel partners.

You will lead technical conversations with CIOs, build SOWs for professional services, respond to RFPs, and coordinate POC tests, while staying aligned with product, sales, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent), or 5+ years relevant experience.
• 3-5 years customer facing pre-sales or consulting background required.
• Experience selling SaaS based solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Good understanding of Networking (IP/Arp/DNS/Dhcp/SNMP/PoE/Ethernet/IEEE802.11), Linux.
• Basic understanding of Physical Security, IP-Camera Placement and technology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve mastery of all Dedrone technology.
• Lead business and technical presentations with exceptional communication skills.
• Engage CIOs and channel partner leadership in technical discussions.
• Set and manage expectations with customers and team members.
• Provide 1st-level technical support during the pre-sales cycle.
• Coordinate POC/Pilot logistics and tailor tests to customer objectives.
• Develop SOWs for professional services and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
• Represent Axon values and brand at industry events and conferences.
• Capture requested features and provide feedback to product and sales teams.
