Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a remote Pre-Litigation Associate to manage high-volume case work from intake to resolution. You will open claims, coordinate medical records, police reports, and bills, and drive pre-litigation progress with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal operations, case management, or insurance claims (personal injury preferred)
• Highly detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated
• Experienced in fast-paced, high-volume environments with process discipline

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and liaise with adjusters/carriers
• Organize medical records, bills, and police reports
• Track treatment progression and outcomes
• Identify and resolve lien and subrogation issues
• Prepare complete, accurate case files for demand with lead paralegals
• Communicate with clients daily through the pre-litigation process
• Maintain case timelines and milestones with precision
• Eliminate operational inefficiencies to drive speed and accuracy
• Ensure documentation and file integrity throughout the process
