This fully remote opportunity is for candidates located in Arkansas who have experience guiding personal injury cases from initial stages through settlement.

The role emphasizes client relationships, documentation, and coordination with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to move cases forward efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling Personal Injury pre-litigation cases in Arkansas.
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and medical bills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases throughout the pre-litigation process.
• Build relationships with clients and provide guidance and support throughout their case.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and others.
• Prepare demand packages and documentation for settlement negotiations.
• Maintain accurate case files and timelines.
• Use case management tools to track deadlines and documents.
