American Recruiting & Consulting Group is seeking a Pre-Litigation Legal Case Manager in Tennessee for a fully remote role with a growing personal injury law firm. You will manage personal injury cases through the pre-litigation stage and serve as the primary contact for clients.

The position requires high-volume caseload management, excellent organization, and collaborative work with attorneys. A competitive compensation package is offered in a remote work-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling Personal Injury pre-litigation cases in Tennessee.
• Strong knowledge of the personal injury claims and pre-litigation process.
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and medical bills.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases through the pre-litigation process as the primary client contact.
• Maintain client communications, guidance, and support throughout the case.
• Navigate medical treatment and claims processes with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurers, and others.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills.
• Track deadlines, treatment, and case developments; prepare demand packages.
• Move cases forward efficiently and identify issues affecting value or settlement.
• Maintain accurate case files and use case management tools to streamline workflow.
• Communicate status and next steps to clients; work with the legal team.
