ARC Group is seeking a Pre-Litigation Legal Case Manager to handle personal injury cases through the pre-litigation stage in a fully remote, Arkansas-based role. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with attorneys and medical providers, and drive case progress from intake to settlement.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Arkansas PI pre-litigation experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining superior client

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling Personal Injury pre-litigation cases in Arkansas.
• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and medical bills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases through the pre-litigation process, serving as the main client contact.
• Build relationships with clients and provide consistent communication and guidance throughout their case.
• Navigate medical treatment and claims processes while collecting and organizing documentation.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance companies and other parties.
• Prepare demand packages and documentation for settlement negotiations.
• Maintain accurate case files and use case management technology to track deadlines and progress.
• Provide regular status updates to clients on case developments and next steps.
• Work independently while collaborating with the legal team.
