Qualifications

• . 2+ years of experience handling Personal Injury pre-litigation cases in Tennessee.
• . Strong knowledge of the personal injury claims and pre-litigation process.
• . Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and medical bills.
• . Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• . Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases throughout the pre-litigation process, serving as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide consistent communication, guidance, and support throughout their case.
• Help clients navigate the medical treatment and claims process while ensuring appropriate documentation is collected.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in each case.
• Request, review, organize, and summarize medical records and medical bills.
• Track case deadlines, treatment, documentation, insurance information, and other important case developments.
• Prepare demand packages and supporting documentation for settlement negotiations.
• Help move cases forward efficiently and identify issues that may impact the value or resolution of a claim.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining a high level of accuracy and client service.
• Use case management technology and other tools to efficiently manage workflow and case information.
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure they understand the status of their case and next steps.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and other members of the legal team while independently managing assigned responsibilities.
