TopDog Law is a fully remote, nationally scaling personal injury firm focused on client experience from intake to litigation. We seek a Case Manager who owns the relationship from day one, advocates for clients, and drives cases forward with urgency and compassion.

You will be the client's dedicated advocate, coordinating care, reviewing medical records, and guiding them through one of the most stressful moments of their life.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in New York.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing medical records and bills.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from day one through settlement.
• Be the client's advocate, guiding care and navigating the process with compassion.
• Drive cases forward with urgency and precision.
• Build demand packages and negotiate outcomes that help real people.
• Be the source of truth on each case using cutting-edge technology.
• Take full ownership of cases—this is a high-impact role.
