Job summary

TopDog Law is a nationally scaling personal injury firm hiring a Case Manager to own the client relationship from intake to settlement. You will be the dedicated advocate guiding clients through one of the most stressful moments of their lives, ensuring they are heard, supported, and confidently navigating the process.

This remote role requires 2–6 years of PI pre-litigation experience in Louisiana, sharp organization, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload with strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation in Louisiana.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate (not required).

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from day one through settlement.
• Be the client's advocate, connecting them to care quickly with compassion.
• Drive cases forward with urgency through each phase.
• Build demand packages that tell a compelling story and negotiate toward outcomes.
• Be the source of truth on every case using cutting-edge technology.
• This is a full ownership role with high impact.
