Job summary

TopDog Law LLC is a fully remote, nationally scaling personal injury firm. The Pre-Litigation Case Manager Team Lead in North Carolina will supervise the pod’s case managers, coordinate workloads, and ensure cases are investigated, documented, and progressed toward demand preparation and settlement.

Working closely with the Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will own data dashboards, monitor case velocity, and maintain rigorous file organization.

Qualifications

6–8 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in NC or multiple states.
Proven experience leading a team of case managers and directing workflow toward timely settlements.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

Supervise 3–5 Pre-Litigation Case Managers within the pod and balance workloads.
Provide guidance on procedures and documentation standards.
Ensure case progression aligns with priorities and expectations.
Coach team members and serve as primary liaison with the Pre-Litigation Attorney.
Handle escalations from clients and providers to resolve issues.
Monitor KPIs via dashboards and drive process improvements.
Lead onboarding and training for new case managers.
