Qualifications

• Admission to the CA state bar and compliance with ethical requirements.
• 4 years of experience in California employment litigation for the Associate role.
• 9+ years of relevant experience for the Of Counsel role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and legal research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to demand letters and requests for records.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Engage in direct client and carrier contact for responses.
• Participate in settlement activities, including mediations.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team for client work product delivery.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
