The candidate will independently respond to letters, assess claims, and engage with clients and carriers. JD and active CA bar are required; strong drafting and research skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Admission to the CA state bar and ethical compliance.
• Minimum 4 years of California employment litigation experience for Associate.
• 9+ years of relevant experience for Of Counsel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and legal research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Independently respond to demand letters and requests for records.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Engage in direct client and carrier contact for responses.
• Participate in settlement activities, including mediations.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team for client work product delivery.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
