BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate - Of Counsel for a fully remote position available nationwide, including Dayton, OH. The role handles pre-litigation matters such as demand letters, records requests, and agency charges while coordinating with clients and carriers.

Requirements include admission to the California Bar, good standing, 4 years CA employment litigation for Associate, or 9 years for Of Counsel with first chair capacity.

Qualifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Minimum 4 years of California employment litigation experience for Associate.
• At least 9 years of relevant experience for Of Counsel with first chair capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, balance demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, legal research, and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently respond to demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Engage in direct client and carrier contact for response handling.
• Participate in settlement activities, including mediations.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team for client work product delivery.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
