Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate - Of Counsel for a fully remote role available nationwide, including San Juan, PR. You will handle pre-litigation matters such as demand letters, records requests, and agency charges, with direct client and carrier contact.

The ideal candidate has a JD, California bar admission, 4+ years in California employment litigation for Associate, or 9+ years for Of Counsel, plus strong research and drafting skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• California bar admission and good standing required.
• Min 4 years California employment litigation for Associate.
• 9+ years relevant experience for Of Counsel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to demand letters, requests for records, and charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Direct client and carrier contact for response handling.
• Participate in mediations and settlements.
• Collaborate with PD team to deliver client work product.
• Complete client and firm-related administrative tasks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
