You will handle pre-litigation matters such as demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges while coordinating with clients and carriers.

Qualifications

• Admission to the CA state bar and good standing required.
• 4+ years of CA employment litigation experience for Associate role.
• 9+ years of relevant California experience for Of Counsel with first chair capacity.
• Juris Doctor degree required.

Responsibilities

• Independently respond to demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Engage in direct client and carrier contact for response handling.
• Participate in settlement activities, including mediations.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team to deliver work products to clients.
