Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate - Of Counsel for a fully remote role available nationwide, including Phoenix, AZ. The position involves handling pre-litigation matters such as demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges.

The ideal candidate will have a California bar admission, strong analytical and drafting abilities, and substantial California employment litigation experience for the applicable track (Associate or Of Counsel).

Qualifications

• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of California employment litigation experience for Associate level consideration.
• 9+ years of relevant experience for Of Counsel level consideration.
• Exceptional communication, legal research, and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to demand letters, requests for records, and agency charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Engage in direct client and carrier contact for responses.
• Participate in settlements and mediations.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team to deliver work products.
