Qualifications

• Admitted to the CA state bar in good standing.
• 4+ years of experience in California employment litigation (Associate level).
• 9+ years of experience (Of Counsel level).
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and legal research skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Direct client and carrier contact for responses.
• Participate in mediations and settlement activities.
• Collaborate with the Professional Development team for client work delivery.
• Complete client and firm administrative tasks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
