Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Pre-Litigation Associate - Of Counsel for a fully remote role available nationwide, including Indianapolis, IN. You will handle pre-litigation matters such as demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges.

The candidate must have a JD and California bar admission, with 4+ years in CA employment litigation for Associate consideration or 9+ years for Of Counsel eligibility, and strong drafting, research, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Admission to the California State Bar required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in California employment litigation for Associate level.

Responsibilities

• Independently respond to demand letters, requests for records, and agency/administrative charges.
• Assess claims and provide analysis to clients and carriers.
• Engage in direct client and carrier contact for response handling.
• Participate in settlement activities, including mediations.
• Collaborate with the firm's Professional Development team for client work product delivery.
• Complete client and firm-related administrative tasks.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by firm leadership.
