Carrington Mortgage Services seeks a motivated Supervisor to oversee pre-foreclosure and delinquency teams in Plano, TX. You’ll ensure FDCPA adherence, monitor performance, and drive process improvements across departments.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Experience in loss mitigation and pre-foreclosure processes.
• Familiarity with mortgage software FiServ and GNMA-EVARS.
• Ability to organize and prioritize staff schedules.
• Decision-making with moderate impact on team outcomes.
• Accurate reinstatement amount reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee itemized foreclosure referral checklist to substantiate eligibility for first legal action.
• Manage projects implementing statutory changes in pre-foreclosure notifications.
• Review exception reports for file eligibility for First Legal.
• Prepare and review daily delinquency reports.
• Build relationships across departments to improve efficiencies.
• Supervise daily staff workflow and enforce standards.
• Coordinate with breach & foreclosure validation teams to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
