The role collaborates across departments to implement process improvements, monitor delinquency workflows, and drive efficiency while maintaining regulatory standards and high-quality service to borrowers.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Strong understanding of loss mitigation and pre-foreclosure processes.
• Familiar with mortgage software FiServ and GNMA-EVARS.
• Proficient with MS Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to organize and prioritize staff schedules.
• 1–3 years’ Collections/Pre-Foreclosure supervision experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff accurately perform itemized foreclosure referral checklist to substantiate eligibility for first legal action.
• Manage projects for implementing statutory changes in pre-foreclosure delinquency notifications.
• Review exception reporting related to eligibility of files for First Legal.
• Prepare and review daily delinquency reports.
• Develop relationships and partner with internal departments to identify ways to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness across the departments.
• Supervise the daily work flow of staff and ensure that corporate standards are consistently followed.
• Coordinate with breach & foreclosure validation teams to ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Perform other duties and work on special projects as assigned.
