Carrington Mortgage Services seeks a Pre-Foreclosure Supervisor to oversee staff performance, ensure compliance with post NOI pre-foreclosure due-diligence, and meet audit timelines while enforcing company policies and federal regulations. This position partners across departments to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Loss mitigation understanding and pre-foreclosure process.
• Familiarity with mortgage software FiServ, GNMA-EVARS.
• Intermediate MS Office skills and reporting ability.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules of others.
• 1–3 years experience in Collections/Pre-Foreclosure supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff performance to meet due-diligence timelines.
• Manage projects for statutory changes in pre-foreclosure notices.
• Review exception reporting for First Legal eligibility.
• Prepare and review daily delinquency reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve efficiency.
• Supervise daily workflow and ensure corporate standards.
• Coordinate with breach & foreclosure validation teams.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
