Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Foreclosure Referrals Supervisor to oversee and monitor staff performance per post NOI Pre-Foreclosure due-diligence, audits, and timelines. You will collaborate across departments to improve processes and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

The role requires knowledge of FDCPA, loss mitigation, mortgage software, and strong organizational skills. The approved target pay range is $67,400-$72,400 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
• Excellent understanding of loss mitigation, payment history and pre-foreclosure process
• Familiarity with mortgage software, e.g., FiServ, GNMA-EVARS
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules of others on short-term basis
• Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the immediate work unit
• Ability to reconcile reinstatement amounts, and check results for accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of management and report escalated issues
• Ability to complete routine forms, use existing form letters, and/or conduct routine oral communication
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Some additional college coursework preferred
• One (1) to three (3) years’ experience as a Collections and/or Pre-Foreclosure Supervisor and Mortgage Servicing experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff performance to ensure adherence to pre-foreclosure due-diligence and audit requirements
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
• Manage itemized foreclosure referral checklists to substantiate eligibility for first legal action
• Coordinate with breach & foreclosure validation teams to meet deadlines
• Prepare and review daily delinquency reports
• Supervise daily workflow and ensure corporate standards
• Perform other duties and work on special projects as assigned
