Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a Pre-Foreclosure Supervisor to oversee staff performance, ensure compliance with FDCPA, and drive improvements in pre-foreclosure workflows across departments.

You will manage daily delinquency reports, coordinate with breach and foreclosure validation teams to meet deadlines, and support process enhancements while adhering to company policies and applicable laws. This role offers a competitive salary and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• Strong understanding of loss mitigation and pre-foreclosure processes.
• Familiarity with mortgage software such as FiServ and GNMA-EVARS.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules.
• Experience supervising collections/pre-foreclosure teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff performance to ensure adherence to post NOI Pre-Foreclosure due-diligence and timelines.
• Collaborate with departments to identify process improvements.
• Review exception reporting for file eligibility for First Legal actions.
• Prepare and review daily delinquency reports.
• Coordinate with breach and foreclosure validation teams to meet deadlines.
• supervise daily workflow and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Perform other duties and work on special projects as assigned.
