Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services in Anaheim, CA, is seeking a supervisor for collections/pre-foreclosure oversight. You will monitor staff performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across departments to improve processes in line with company policies and deadlines.

Requirements include FDCPA knowledge, 1–3 years in collections/pre-foreclosure leadership, mortgage software experience (FiServ, GNMA-EVARS), and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FDCPA is required.
• Experience in loss mitigation and pre-foreclosure processes.
• Experience with mortgage software FiServ and GNMA-EVARS.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize staff schedules on short notice.
• Ability to make decisions with moderate impact on the unit.
• Ability to reconcile reinstatement amounts and verify accuracy.
• Ability to communicate with various management levels and report escalated issues.
• Ability to complete routine forms and use form letters or conduct routine oral communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a Collections/Pre-Foreclosure Supervisor and Mortgage Servicing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor employees’ performance to ensure adherence to post NOI Pre-Foreclosure due-diligence, audit requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
• Perform duties in line with company policies and federal/state laws.
• Support target pay range achievement.
