Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services seeks a supervisor to oversee staff performance in post NOI Pre-Foreclosure due-diligence, audits, and policy adherence. You will collaborate with departments to identify process improvements and manage deadlines for First Legal actions.

You will produce daily delinquency reports and ensure FDCPA compliance, while guiding staff and coordinating with breach/foreclosure teams to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FDCPA and debt collection laws.
• Understanding of loss mitigation, payment history and pre-foreclosure processes.
• Proficiency with mortgage software (FiServ, GNMA-EVARS) and MS Office.
• Ability to organize and prioritize staff schedules on short notice.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and report escalated issues.
• Ability to complete routine forms and use standard form letters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff performance to ensure compliance with post NOI Pre-Foreclosure due-diligence and audit requirements.
• Manage projects implementing statutory changes in pre-foreclosure notifications.
• Review exception reporting for eligibility of files ready for First Legal.
• Prepare and review daily delinquency reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Supervise daily workflow and ensure adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with breach & foreclosure validation teams to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
