Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare industry experience.
• 3+ years in health plan or provider's office.
• 1+ year of STARs experience.
• Proven solid communication and presentation skills.
• Proven solid relationship building with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
• Weekly commitment of 60% travel for business meetings and 40% remote work.

Responsibilities

• Function independently to discuss tools and programs with providers.
• Execute provider incentive programs for the health plan.
• Establish long-term relationships with physicians, medical groups, IPAs and ACOs.
• Develop plans to increase HEDIS performance and outcomes.
• Provide coaching on program implementation and barrier resolution.
• Lead Stars-specific meetings to drive process improvement.
• Provide reporting to health plan leadership on progress and performance.
• Coordinate ad hoc projects and sprints to improve measure ratings.
• Create strategy for provider groups to close gaps.
