Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet with providers to discuss Optum tools and programs to improve Medicare Advantage member care quality.
• Assist in reviewing medical records to identify STAR opportunities for staff.
• Coordinate data collection, entry, quality monitoring, and chart collection activities.
• Develop provider-specific plans to improve HEDIS performance and outcomes.
• Provide training and coaching on program implementation and barrier resolution.
• Lead provider education and consultation using Stars measures and plan tools.
