Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to partner with the IP Practice Specialty Center to advance innovation in legal service delivery. You will design, implement, and govern knowledge assets, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable solutions that improve efficiency and client value.

You will train attorneys and staff, advocate for adoption of new tools, and collaborate with technology and business teams to translate needs into practical outcomes.

Qualifications

• J.D. is required and a 4-year degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in practice, knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology and generative AI.
• Ability to translate practice needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the IP Practice PSC's innovation liaison, advising on knowledge management and innovation.
• Develop, test, maintain, and govern knowledge assets and reusable workflows; pilot AI-enabled solutions.
• Deliver training and enablement materials; drive adoption of tools and processes.
• Lead client-value projects, measure impact, and share successful practices across the firm.
