Qualifications
- J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
- Proven experience with legal technology and process improvement.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable, practical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and knowledge management projects for the IP PSC from concept to implementation.
- Develop and govern knowledge assets, playbooks, and reusable resources.
- Evaluate and pilot legal tech and AI tools, with actionable recommendations.
- Train attorneys and staff on new workflows and tools; promote adoption.
- Collaborate with lawyers, tech teams, and business functions to deliver client value.
