Job summary

OMICRON electronics Corp. USA is seeking a Sales & Application Engineer for the US Southwest region. The role is remote and involves developing relationships, presenting products, and supporting distributors across several Western states.

You will train representatives, forecast performance, and contribute to market analysis and sales forecasting while maintaining CRM records and coordinating promotional events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or related technical education.

Responsibilities

• Become technically proficient in OMICRON products and solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and foster customer relationships as required for assigned accounts and segments.
• Manage and support manufacturers representatives in the Southwest Territory, including training, forecasting and evaluation of performance.
• Coordinate customer visits and activities, make presentations, demonstrate products, technologies, and test methodologies, and provide post-sale customer support.
• Participate in business development, market evaluation, and sales forecasting.
• Record and maintain all customer meetings, leads, opportunities, and activities per the OMICRON Sales process incorporating the CRM system.
• Communicate routinely with OMICRON Sales managers and stakeholders, share customer and market data, and report status at team meetings.
• Coordinate promotional activities, and participation at conferences, user meetings, seminars, and local exhibits.
