Job summary

OMICRON electronics Corp. USA seeks a driven professional to oversee sales support for the Southwest Territory. You will build relationships with customers and manage reps, train staff, forecast demand, and coordinate product demonstrations and visits.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of power systems and effective communication with engineers and executives. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and solid MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of power systems and components.
• Experience with testing methodologies and maintenance practices.
• Ability to present technical content to engineers and executives.
• Ability to demonstrate products on-site or remotely.
• Strong ethics and professional conduct.
• Team-oriented with goal achievement mindset.
• Knowledge of North American electric power processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation.
• Travel readiness for domestic and possible international trips.

Responsibilities

• Become technically proficient in OMICRON products and solutions.
• Develop and foster customer relationships across assigned accounts.
• Manage and support manufacturers' reps in the Southwest Territory, including training and forecasting.
• Coordinate customer visits, demonstrations, and post-sale support.
• Participate in business development, market evaluation, and sales forecasting.
• Record all meetings, leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
• Share market data and status with sales managers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate promotional activities and conference participation.
• Report to the Sales Manager, North America (West), and support additional initiatives.
