Job summary

OMICRON electronics Corp. USA is seeking a Sales & Application Engineer for the Northeast region. This remote role involves nationwide travel and close collaboration with customers to demonstrate products, test methodologies, and solutions for power systems.

The candidate will develop relationships, perform product demonstrations, contribute to business development, and maintain CRM records with a focus on after-sales support and regional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of power generation, transmission, and distribution systems.
• Experience with testing methodologies to assure reliability in power systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for presentations and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in OMICRON products and solutions.
• Develop and foster customer relationships for assigned accounts and segments.
• Coordinate customer visits, make presentations, demonstrate products and test methodologies, and provide post-sale support.
• Participate in business development, market evaluation, and sales forecasting.
• Record and maintain all customer meetings, leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
• Report status at team meetings and share customer/market data with sales managers.
• Coordinate promotional activities and participation at conferences and local events.
• Support North America Sales Manager and handle additional duties as assigned.
