Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of power generation, transmission and distribution systems.
• Experience presenting to technicians, engineers, managers and executives via various channels.
• Sales experience in selling testing equipment or related apparatus in electric power industry.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% and attend conferences/exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Become technically proficient in OMICRON products and solutions.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships for assigned accounts and segments.
• Coordinate customer visits, make presentations, demonstrate products and test methodologies, provide post-sale support.
• Participate in business development, market evaluation, and sales forecasting.
• Record and maintain all customer meetings and activities in the CRM system.
• Communicate with Sales managers and stakeholders, report status at team meetings.
• Coordinate promotional activities and participation at conferences, user meetings, and local exhibits.
• Report to the Sales Manager, North America (East) and support additional initiatives.
