Job summary

OMICRON electronics Corp. USA is seeking a Sales & Application Engineer for the US South Central region, based in Houston with a hybrid office/remote work arrangement. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, supporting manufacturers' representatives, and driving business in power testing solutions.

You will coordinate visits, deliver product demonstrations, maintain CRM data, and report status to the North America Sales Manager. Domestic travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in power systems, especially protection or HV apparatus.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in selling testing equipment for electric power.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and foster customer relationships for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate customer visits, demonstrations, and post-sale support.
• Record meetings, leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM.
• Support manufacturers' representatives in the South Central Territory.
• Report status and share market data at team meetings.
