Carolina Handling LLC, a leading Raymond dealer, seeks a Power Management Solutions Manager to drive Power Up programs with targeted accounts and sales teams. You will focus on market saturation, profitability, and customer loyalty while coordinating business plans and performance measures.

Responsibilities include budgeting, market analysis, and directing sales strategies across major accounts with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in business or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of key drivers.
• Ability to establish and maintain customer confidence.
• Knowledge of Raymond products and market in material handling.

Responsabilités

• Forecast and achieve sales goals for Power Up programs across customer segments.
• Develop and administer business plans and performance measurement.
• Analyze market potential and identify opportunities to improve market saturation.
• Direct internal sales staff on strategies and marketing aids.
• Lead lease and equipment lifecycle management within assigned accounts.
