TEEMA Group seeks a Sales Specialist – Power Protection to drive sales growth for its Power Protection business across the United States. This is a technically oriented sales role focused on developing and closing opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers and internal technical and business teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–10 years of sales experience in electric power, knowledge of electrical test instruments, and a proven ability to develop proposals and negotiate solutions,

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales experience in electric power or related industry.
• Experience selling electrical test, measurement, or power-system equipment.
• Ability to develop proposals, quotations, and commercial solutions.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage opportunities for Power Protection products across the US.
• Prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with account managers, technical teams, and operations to close deals.
• Lead customer meetings and commercial negotiations.
• Communicate value of Power Protection solutions and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Guide opportunities through full sales cycle from identification to closure.
