Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a Sales Specialist – Power Protection to drive sales growth for its Power Protection offerings across the United States. This technically oriented role focuses on developing and closing opportunities in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with customers, Account Managers, and internal teams to craft proposals and move deals to closure.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales experience in electric power.
• Experience selling electrical test, measurement, or related power-system equipment.
• Practical knowledge of electrical test instruments and their applications.
• Experience developing proposals, quotations, and commercial solutions.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Experience selling into utilities, power-system customers, testing organizations, or similar electric-power environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities for Power Protection products.
• Prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with Strategic, Key, and Regional Account Managers to identify opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Power Protection products and solutions.
• Build relationships with customer decision-makers and technical influencers.
• Follow opportunities through the full sales cycle from identification to closure.
• Collaborate with product experts, technical teams, marketing, operations, and leadership.
• Develop account and opportunity strategies to support sales growth.
• Monitor customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Contribute to regional and unit sales targets and best practices.
