Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Sales Specialist – Power Protection to drive growth for its Power Protection business across the United States. This technically oriented sales role develops and closes opportunities, collaborating with Account Managers and internal teams to deliver proposals and commercial solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in electric power sales, knowledge of electrical test instruments, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales experience in the electric power industry.
• Experience selling electrical test, measurement, or related power-system equipment.
• Practical knowledge of electrical test instruments and their applications.
• Experience developing proposals, quotations, and commercial solutions.
• Strong customer presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (accounts, tech, product, operations).
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities for Power Protection products.
• Prepare accurate, competitive proposals and quotations.
• Collaborate with Strategic, Key, and Regional Account Managers to identify opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Communicate the value of Power Protection solutions clearly.
• Build relationships with customer decision-makers and technical influencers.
• Follow opportunities from identification to order closure.
• Coordinate with product, technical, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
