Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of power utility make-ready design experience required.
• Direct experience with joint-use coordination and make-ready recommendations required.
• Knowledge of utility-pole attachment clearances, pole loading, and space rearrangements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for a team of power make-ready designers.
• Perform technical make-ready design and project work alongside the team.
• Establish priorities, coordinate assignments, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.
• Review designs for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to strengthen make-ready knowledge.
