Job summary

Sigma Technologies is seeking an experienced Power Make-Ready Design Supervisor to lead a team supporting power utility and joint-use make-ready design projects. This is a working supervisor position combining daily team leadership, technical oversight, performance management, and hands-on project support.

The role may be fully remote, with an initial two-week in-person paid orientation at the Perrysburg, Ohio main office.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with power utility make-ready design and joint-use coordination.
• Experience leading make-ready designers as a supervisor or team lead.
• Knowledge of pole attachment clearances, pole loading, and related standards.
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and performance.
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for a team of designers.
• Perform make-ready design work alongside team members.
• Review designs for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coordinate assignments, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.
• Mentor team members and conduct annual performance reviews.
• Communicate project status across departments.
