The role emphasizes coordinating priorities, ensuring quality, and mentoring teammates to meet project deadlines. A remote-capable working arrangement is offered, with required in-person orientation in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of power utility make-ready design experience required.
• Direct experience with joint-use coordination and make-ready recommendations.
• Knowledge of pole attachments, pole loading, and clearance concepts.
• Experience leading make-ready designers as a team lead or supervisor.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for a team of power make-ready designers.
• Perform technical make-ready design alongside team members.
• Set priorities, assign work, monitor progress, and meet deadlines.
• Review designs for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Provide guidance on joint-use poles, attachments, and make-ready recommendations.
• Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer with key tasks.
