Job summary

Sigma Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Make Ready Design in the power utilities sector. The role is remote with a mandatory 2-week in-person orientation at the Perrysburg, OH office.

You will lead projects from initiation through close-out, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure on-time reporting and budget adherence. Responsibilities include mentoring junior PMs, planning scopes and budgets, forecasting costs, and maintaining client

Qualifications

• Education*: HS Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience*: 5+ years in relevant industry experience; 3+ years in project management.
• PM certification is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Must travel 20-30% and be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to close-out with strict scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor assistant project managers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage client accounts and develop strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, kickoff meetings, and define project scope with the Project Engineer.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain CRM records.
