Job summary

Sigma Technologies, Ltd. is seeking a Power Make-Ready Design Supervisor to lead a team handling make-ready design for power utility and joint-use projects. This working supervisor role combines daily leadership, technical oversight, and hands-on project support.

Qualifications

• Direct experience performing or overseeing power utility make-ready design.
• Experience leading make-ready designers as a team lead, supervisor, or manager.
• Ability to manage priorities, monitor quality and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for a team of power make-ready designers.
• Perform technical make-ready design and project work alongside the team.
• Establish priorities, coordinate assignments, monitor progress and meet deadlines.
• Review designs for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Provide guidance on joints-use poles, attachments, and make-ready recommendations.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to strengthen knowledge.
