Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Power Delivery - Project Manager to lead mid-size to regional Power Delivery projects, including transmission, distribution, and substation work.

Based in Texas, Oklahoma, or Arkansas with remote flexibility, you will guide engineering, construction, project controls, and support staff to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget outcomes. You will manage budgets, schedules (CPM), procurement support, and client communications, ensuring QA/QC, safety, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience leading Power Delivery projects (transmission, distribution, substation)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and scheduling skills
• Ability to travel to client sites and offices as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Power Delivery project teams to deliver mid-size projects within scope, schedule, and budget
• Develop and maintain CPM schedules, WBS, and cost estimates
• Manage budgets, hours, expenses, and vendor/contractor performance
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project accounting for cash flow and invoicing
• Prepare and present project status, risk, and corrective action plans to leadership
• Ensure QA/QC adherence, safety, regulatory compliance, and quality plans
• Support proposal development, scopes of work, and execution strategies
• Oversee project closeout, documentation, and lessons learned
